Welcome to the website for the Florida Association of Police Attorneys! We have an active membership of over 180 attorneys dedicated to representing law enforcement agencies in the State of Florida .

The website has a legal research page available to active members in good standing. Selected legal opinions written by FAPA members are posted on the legal research page in topical categories. Sorry, but only active members are given access to this page via a username and password. Check the membership page for application criteria.

With FAPA membership you will enjoy many benefits. Our membership meets quarterly and addresses areas of concern to law enforcement agencies in Florida. We also host a seminar each year and obtain very knowledgeable guest speakers on relevant and timely issues. This seminar is an excellent opportunity to obtain CLE credits. You cannot find a better overall resource for law enforcement legal issues. Need to bounce a legal theory or question off of someone else? You'll be able to do this when you receive a membership roster with contact information for each member.
